RHYTHM OPTOELECTRONICS, INC.

History of the Company 

·         1971   ·   By order of  Ministry of Defense Industry of  the former USSR the Specialist Design Office (SDO) of Quartz works has been established.

·         1979  ·  The SDO has been reorganized into the Central Engineering Design Office of Quartz works.

·        1990   ·  By order  of    Ministry of Defense Industry of  the former USSR the company has been allotted  to individual balance, being eligible for  a legal body. The company has got the name “Rhythm Central Design Engineering”.

·        1993  ·  Rhythm Central Design Engineering is a headquarters scientific company of Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine.

·        1994   ·   According to the State privatization program Rhythm Optoelectronics, Inc. has been created.

·        1996   ·   Rhythm Optoelectronics, Inc. has become a part of founders of Tochnost’ (Precision) transnational industrial and financial group  (Russia).

·        2003  ·   Rhythm Optoelectronics, Inc. is a headquarters company of Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine.

·        2004   ·  Rhythm Optoelectronics, Inc. has been introduced into the State register of scientific organizations being granted support of the state.
